The Manager – Finance will lead the company’s core finance operations and support the Group CFO across financial planning, accounting, treasury, taxation, compliance, fundraising, and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and fund utilisation.
Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls, audits, and financial governance.
Support fundraising, debt/equity transactions, investor relations, and financial due diligence.
Drive ERP, finance automation, process improvements, and internal controls.
Prepare management and board-level financial reports and MIS.
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
Partner with senior management on business decisions, investments,



contracts, and financial performance.

Qualifications & Experience
CA / Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
4-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Treasury.
Experience in space, defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries preferred.
Exposure to investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or fundraising will be an advantage.
Robust knowledge of Ind AS, taxation, regulatory compliance, treasury, financial modelling, and ERP systems.
Proven experience managing audits, banking relationships, investors, and multi-entity finance operations.
