Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify prospective learners, manage lead generation activities, and follow up with potential candidates through calls, emails, and meetings.



The role involves conducting market research to understand learner needs and program positioning, preparing and delivering presentations on course offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems. The associate will collaborate with academic counselors, marketing teams, and university partners to optimize outreach and conversion, while meeting defined sales and performance targets. The position requires consistent on-site presence to participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coordinated business development initiatives.
