Role Description This is a full time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers seeking home and secured business loans, guiding them through eligibility, documentation, and application processes.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new customers, explaining loan products and government schemes, completing required paperwork, and coordinating with credit, operations, and collection teams to ensure smooth processing. The role involves achieving sales and portfolio growth targets, monitoring customer accounts, addressing queries, and providing post-disbursement support to enhance customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with local partners, housing developers, and community stakeholders to expand outreach and promote IIFL Home Finance offerings.
Qualifications
