Role Description The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications that power Vêtir’s AI-driven fashion and wardrobe intelligence platform. Responsibilities include implementing scalable and secure APIs, optimizing performance of existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, data science, and design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The engineer will participate in code reviews,



write clean and testable code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving development practices and architecture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, requiring close collaboration with local team members to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development and building scalable web services or APIs.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming using modern languages and frameworks (such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar).
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in production systems.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD workflows.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting, communicate clearly, and take
