Role Description

This is a full-time Remote, in office UI UX Designer role . The UI UX Designer will be responsible for translating business and user requirements into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile applications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, creating wireframes and mockups, designing user flows, and collaborating closely with product owners and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives. The role involves iterating on designs based on feedback and usability testing, maintaining design consistency, and contributing to design standards and guidelines. The UI UX Designer will work in a collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, user flows, and interaction design.




Candidates should possess User Interface Design and Visual Design skills to create clean, modern, and consistent interfaces.
Candidates should possess skills in creating Mockups and wireframes using industry-standard design tools.
Candidates should possess basic Front-End Development understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers and ensure design feasibility.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field are beneficial.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), responsive design principles, and usability testing is an advantage.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
Previous experience in a product or agency environment and a portfolio showcasing UI/UX work are highly desirable.
