Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Kanpur. The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new business leads through online research, outbound calls, emails, and skilled networking platforms.



The role involves conducting targeted market research to understand client industries, decision-makers, and potential project requirements. The person in this role will maintain and update lead databases, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and follow up on inquiries to move prospects through the sales pipeline. Day-to-day activities also include collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, preparing basic reports on lead performance, and ensuring professional communication with prospects at all stages.
