Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time role responsible for identifying current business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding Jainytic Packaging’s market presence in the labelling and packaging sector. This hybrid position is based in Noida, with flexibility for some work from home as business needs allow.



Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market and competitor research, reaching out to prospective clients, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand product capabilities, ensure accurate communication of solutions, and support contract negotiations and deal closures. The role also involves maintaining an active sales pipeline, providing post-sale support in coordination with customer service, and contributing feedback to enhance offerings and go-to-market strategies.
