Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Ohi’s customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and closing new business opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs,



and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and improve the customer experience. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, develop sales strategies, prepare forecasts and reports, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. This position also includes mentoring sales team members, implementing best practices, and representing Ohi at meetings, events, and presentations.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
Experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals with diverse client profiles.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and analyze performance metrics.
Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and customer success orientation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
