Role Description
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in converting prospects to customers for products like home plans and house construction. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing support through various communication channels including phone, email and whatsapp. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. this is a WFO role at hyd, nanakramguda.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Interface & Interactions




Connect with Prospects and Sell the products or services
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable home plans, guiding them about customisation options, pricing and features based on their requirements and preferences.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services and policies.
Act as a bridge between customers and inhouse service partners and ensure smooth work flows.
Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s home plans, features and customization options.
Provide accurate and detailed information about home plan products and processes to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates to effectively assist customers.
Communication
Clearly and effectively communicate with customers, providing empathetic and personalized support.
