Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive event participation, and generate qualified leads for university partners. This full-time, in office role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area and involves planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across social media, search, email, and display.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, tracking campaign performance using web analytics tools, and implementing strategies to improve engagement and conversions. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with event calendars, segmenting audiences, managing marketing budgets, and reporting on key metrics and insights. The Digital Marketing Manager will continuously test new tactics, stay updated on industry trends, and ensure a consistent, student-centric brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong Digital Marketing and general Marketing skills, with experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, including content planning, audience engagement, and community management.
Experience in Lead Generation, including funnel design,
