About the Role:
The ideal candidate must excel at B2B consultative sales, high-level CXO corporate networking, and delegate promotion rather than just selling retail event space.
1. Professional Background & Experience
• Industry Background: 4–8 years of experience in B2B event management, corporate sales, premier trade bodies (like FICCI, ASSOCHAM,NASSCOM), trade exhibition organizers (like Messe Frankfurt, Informa), or top-tier corporate consulting.
•Monetization Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue through event sponsorships, high-ticket stall/booth space sales, and premium delegate registrations for large-scale national or global summits.
• Education: An MBA (Marketing/Logistics ) and preferably engineering background with excellent Communications is heavily preferred.

Core Competencies & Skills
• Experience in interacting with C-Suite level ,Absolute comfort communicating and negotiating with CXOs, industry captains and managing directors
• Techno-Commercial Writing: Ability to write compelling, authoritative event proposals, concept notes, and agenda outlines that align with macro-economic trends.
· Comfortable working with all relevant AI tools
