Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is data-driven, creative, and experienced in scaling paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of e-commerce performance, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram
* Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns
* Manage Sales, Leads, Retargeting, Remarketing, Advantage+ and Performance Max campaigns
* Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPP, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR and CAC
* Optimize campaigns daily to improve profitability and reduce customer acquisition costs
* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and campaign testing
* Build and optimize retargeting and funnel-based advertising strategies
* Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages and campaign structures




* Identify winning creatives and coordinate with the design and content team for new performance-focused ad creatives
* Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates
* Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams on offers, promotions, product launches and sales campaigns
* Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Shopify Analytics
* Ensure accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics and GTM
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
* Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining targeted ROAS and CAC
* Stay updated with advertising platform changes, new features, trends and competitor strategies
Required Skills

* Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C performance marketing
