About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
As a BDA, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating business opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Understand client requirements and present suitable company solutions/services.
Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.




Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales/business development targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and management teams to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
