Role Description: The Sales Training Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for the sales organization. This role oversees the development of sales enablement materials, onboarding curricula, and ongoing skills-based training to enhance performance and productivity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating structured learning modules, facilitating live and virtual training sessions, and coaching sales professionals and leaders. The Sales Training Manager collaborates with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with business goals, product updates, and market positioning. The role also involves tracking training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance data, and refining programs based on insights and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Trainings and Training, with experience designing and delivering programs tailored to sales teams.




Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including curriculum design, learning methodologies, and performance evaluation.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and provide constructive feedback.
Candidates should ideally have experience in remote training facilitation, sales enablement tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
Candidates should have proven experience in a sales, sales operations, or sales training role, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
