The Role
We're looking for a senior Client Solutions Lead to own our most key client relationships. This is an embedded, client-facing role where you'll sit inside a marquee FMCG client's team as a trusted, peer-level partner — understanding their eCommerce and supply chain challenges, co-creating solutions on our platform, and driving adoption that delivers measurable business value.




This is not a support role and not a pure sales role. You are a senior problem-solver who earns credibility in the room with the client's leadership, shapes the solution with them, and owns the outcome end-to-end.
What You'll Own
Embed with the client — operate as a peer to senior stakeholders across eCommerce, category, and supply chain teams, becoming their go-to partner.
Understand the real problem — go beyond the stated ask to uncover the underlying eCom and supply chain challenges, and frame them sharply.
Co-create solutions — work alongside the client's team to design solutions using Trailytics' products; challenge assumptions and bring an outside-in point of view.
Drive adoption — ensure our products become embedded in the client's daily decision-making, through onboarding, training, and consistent business reviews.
