Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable -Assistant Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage customer invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, and account management. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support the organization’s cash flow objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and written communication.
• Manage and reconcile customer accounts; ensure all payments are accurately recorded and applied.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and escalate overdue accounts as needed.
• Identify discrepancies in invoices, payments, and statements; resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with customers to understand payment issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections and communications in the system/CRM.




• Prepare regular reports on A/R status, collections performance, and outstanding balances.
• Support the month-end closing process related to accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Credit Control) to ensure smooth collection and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections / Order to Cash.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
