About the Role
Oracle Java SE is one of the most widely used platforms for enterprise applications and mission-critical workloads. Oracle Java SE Subscription provides organizations with access to Java SE updates, support, and management capabilities required to run Java applications securely and reliably.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success / Renewals Specialist to support Oracle‘s Java SE Subscription business for the North America SMB market .
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers and drive the timely renewal of Java SE Subscription contracts. You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the renewal lifecycle, proactively engaging them on upcoming renewals, pricing, contracts, quotations, and commercial requirements.
