Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Part Time Music Teacher Assistant role based in Gujarat, India. The Music Teacher Assistant will support lead instructors during classes, help prepare teaching materials and instruments, and assist with setting up and organizing the classroom before and after sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding small groups of students through practice activities, monitoring student progress, and providing encouragement and constructive feedback. The assistant will help manage attendance,



coordinate with caregivers or guardians when needed, and ensure a protected, positive learning environment. The role may also involve supporting basic administrative tasks related to scheduling, class records, and event preparation.
Qualifications
Strong Assistant Teaching skills, including the ability to support lesson delivery and classroom activities.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and caregivers.
Background or interest in Education, especially in music or performing arts.
Comfort and experience Working With Children in group or one-on-one settings.
Basic Mathematics skills for handling simple records, counts, and class-related tracking.
Foundational knowledge of music (rhythm, melody, instruments) and the ability to assist with practice sessions.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment.
