Urban Face is looking for a CRM & Operations Executive who can manage client communication, follow-ups and day-to-day coordination. We need someone who is responsible, active and comfortable handling different kinds of work.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Handle client communication and maintain good relationships with clients.
•⁠ ⁠Take regular updates from designers, project teams, vendors and other team members.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up on pending tasks, client approvals, meetings and project requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain CRM records and keep client/project information updated.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate between clients, management and internal teams.
•⁠ ⁠Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits and client discussions.
•⁠ ⁠Share regular project and work updates with management.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with documentation,



presentations and other operational work when required.
•⁠ ⁠Travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, sourcing and other business requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Domestic and international travel may be required.

•⁠ ⁠Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets and email.
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable talking to clients, vendors and senior management.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to travel when required.
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in CRM, client servicing, operations, interior design, real estate or a similar role is preferred.

This role is not limited to CRM work only. The candidate should be flexible and willing to help with project coordination, management work, vendor communication, events, travel and other business-related tasks whenever required.
