Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Novo Slack is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. In this position, the specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions across multiple roles and departments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing and posting job descriptions,



and maintaining a structured interview and selection process. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives by enhancing the candidate experience, promoting Novo Slack’s culture, and engaging with talent through various online and offline channels. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate recruitment data, managing offer processes, supporting onboarding, and continuously improving recruitment strategies to meet business goals.
