Hiring: Design Head | Pune
Experience: 8–12+ Years
Salary: ₹1.00 – ₹1.45 Lakh per Month

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 15–20 designers
Drive creative vision, design quality & project delivery
Handle multiple high-value residential/commercial projects
Conduct client meetings, site visits & material selections
Develop SOPs, processes & standard design libraries
Coordinate with execution and vendor teams
Ensure timely delivery, quality & budget adherence

Requirements:
8–12+ years of Interior Design experience
3–5+ years in a leadership/managerial role
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max or similar tools
Experience in high-value projects and volume-based design work
Strong communication & team management skills
System-oriented with ERP/MIS exposure
Willingness to travel to Mumbai & Hyderabad
