We are looking for a confident, fluent, and convincing Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries and making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has excellent communication skills, and can confidently convert conversations into genuine business opportunities.

Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have fluent English, confidence, and strong convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally.
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Understand customer requirements and identify their concerns.
* Explain relevant services, treatments, offers, and processes clearly.
* Generate and qualify leads through phone calls.
* Follow up with interested leads regularly.
* Convince and motivate potential customers to schedule an appointment.




* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
* Coordinate with the sales/clinic team for lead conversion.
* Ensure timely follow-up so that no potential lead is missed.
* Handle customer questions and basic objections confidently.
* Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
