Corporate Business Development Manager

We are looking for a self-driven Corporate Business Development Manager who can independently identify decision-makers, secure corporate meetings, build relationships and generate new business.
This is not merely a lead-following or appointment-coordination position. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing their own corporate network, creating their own opportunities and converting those opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach corporations in healthcare, technology, intellectual property, insurance and pharmaceuticals.
Secure meetings with founders, CXOs, legal teams, procurement heads, HR leaders and other decision-makers.
Generate business independently through direct outreach, referrals, networking and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships without requiring day-to-day supervision.




Understand client requirements and present appropriate professional services or business solutions.
Maintain an active and measurable pipeline of prospects, meetings, proposals and conversions.
Follow up consistently and move opportunities from initial introduction to commercial closure.
Represent the organisation professionally at corporate meetings, conferences and networking events.
Provide accurate weekly reports on outreach, meetings, proposals, revenue opportunities and closures.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate business development, institutional relations or strategic partnerships.
Existing corporate relationships in one or more of the target industries will be strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to generate business without depending entirely on company-provided leads.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
