Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-focused business leader to drive enterprise business growth across India & Southeast Asia. The role will focus on new customer acquisition, strategic account expansion, market development, and building robust relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise sales, revenue growth, and new-logo acquisition across assigned markets.
Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
Engage with CHROs, HR/Talent Leaders, L&D; Heads and C-suite stakeholders.
Sell and position Talent Assessment, Behavioural Assessment, HR Tech,



Talent Intelligence and AI-led solutions.
Develop strategic accounts through cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities.
Conduct discovery meetings, executive presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
Build ROI-driven business cases and long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with Product, Consulting, Marketing and Solutioning teams to strengthen GTM and customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
6–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Business Development, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, Talent Assessment, AI or B2B Technology.
Proven track record in enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Strong consultative and solution-led selling experience.
Experience selling Talent Assessment / Behavioural Assessment / HR Tech / Talent Intelligence solutions is highly preferred.
Strong network and experience engaging CHROs and senior HR/C-suite stakeholders.
