Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing attendance and payroll inputs in coordination with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will handle grievance resolution,



support learning and development initiatives, coordinate staff engagement activities, and advise management on workforce planning. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports for leadership, and fostering an inclusive, safe, and productive work environment.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance, and drafting or updating HR procedures and documentation.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, basic payroll coordination, and familiarity with MS Office tools.
Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
