Role Description The Sr Project Engineer–Civil is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi,



responsible for leading and coordinating civil engineering activities across high-rise, bridge, metro, airport, and railway projects. This role involves preparing and reviewing designs, drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. The Sr Project Engineer–Civil will manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track for safety, quality, cost, and timeline targets. Day-to-day tasks include supervising site execution, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, conducting inspections, and preparing reports and documentation. The role also requires supporting continuous improvement initiatives, enforcing safety practices, and contributing to process optimization in line with the company’s Kaizen philosophy.
