Role Description The EDTECH BDA role at Design Indian is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective learners, explain program offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting needs-based consultations, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves meeting defined sales and conversion targets, collaborating with academic and marketing teams, and providing feedback to improve products and processes. The BDA is expected to uphold transparent, learner-centric communication and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented work culture.
Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal skills,



including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with prospective learners.
Sales and business development capabilities, such as lead generation, counseling, negotiation, and conversion in an EdTech or similar environment.
Organizational and analytical skills, including basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and data tracking for performance monitoring.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand learner needs, recommend suitable programs, and manage follow-ups professionally.
Relevant academic background, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Comfort working in a target-driven role, with resilience, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach.
Prior experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or inside sales roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
