The Role We are looking for a dedicated and highly empathetic Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, interacting directly with both our existing client base and new prospective clients.
Because we deal with sensitive health conditions, this is not a high-pressure sales role. Instead, it is a consultative, relationship-building position. You will listen to our clients' struggles, understand their health goals, and gently guide them toward the products and services that will best support their journey.
What You Will Do
Consultative Outreach:



Meet with current leads to deeply understand their health challenges and educate them on how our obesity and diabetes management solutions can help.
Relationship Management & Cross-Selling: Visit existing clients to check on their progress, ensure they are satisfied, and introduce them to additional products or services that align with their evolving health needs.
Empathetic Engagement: Approach every interaction with compassion and active listening. Navigate conversations about weight and chronic illness with sensitivity, ensuring the client feels safe, heard, and supported.
Pipeline Management: Track client visits, lead status, and follow-ups effectively to ensure no one falls through the cracks.
Market Feedback: Act as the bridge between the clients and our founding team by sharing on-the-ground insights, client feedback, and market needs.
