Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for voucher entries, maintaining financial records, MIS preparation, documentation, and assisting the senior accounts team with routine accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in the accounting system.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and update MIS reports and Excel-based reports.
Assist in invoice processing, billing, and payment entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for routine accounting requirements.
Support the senior accounts team in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.




Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting function.
Qualifications
B.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also be considered.
