We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Sales to drive business growth for our Electronics & Electrical Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance services. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding key accounts, building robust customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets across Business Unit - Electrical and Electronics (ENE) covering segments like Automotive, Medical, IT / Telecom, Household, Industrial, Commercial and other segments with EMC, Safety, Wireless, IoT, and regulatory certification services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales





Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
Identify and penetrate new markets to expand business opportunities.
Drive revenue growth through testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services.
Generate leads through customer visits, industry networking, trade fairs, exhibitions, webinars, and digital platforms.

Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Manage and grow strategic accounts by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Technical & Commercial Activities

Promote services related to BIS, TEC, CE, IEC, Machinery Directives, Inspections, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and business solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
