A fast-growing AI startup building an AI-native platform to help enterprises modernise legacy customer service and conversational systems. The company combines LLMs, agentic AI, knowledge graphs, and cloud-native technologies to transform complex enterprise workflows.

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead – AI Platform Engineering to work closely with the CTO and lead the architecture and development of an AI-native platform.

What You’ll Do
Design and build scalable Python backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
Build AI workflows and agentic systems using LangChain and LangGraph.
Work with PostgreSQL, Neo4j, Redis, FastAPI, and cloud-native services.
Drive architecture, system design, performance, reliability, and engineering best practices.




Write production-quality code and conduct architecture/code reviews.
Mentor engineers and own features from design through production.
Integrate LLMs, knowledge graphs, enterprise APIs, and AI orchestration into production systems.

Must Have
6–10 years of solid backend engineering experience.
Excellent Python and FastAPI experience.
Strong knowledge of AsyncIO, microservices, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Hands-on experience with LangChain + LangGraph.
Production experience integrating LLMs and agentic AI workflows.
Strong system design and architectural skills.
Startup/product-company experience preferred.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role — not a people-management position.
