Job Description – Sales Manager (Mortgage – DSA)

Location: Jaipur
CTC: Up to 11 LPA
Experience: Minimum 4–6 Years
Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) – DSA Channel

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive Mortgage business through the DSA channel in Jaipur. The role involves managing DSA relationships, driving team and business productivity, expanding the sourcing network, and achieving disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Home Loan and LAP business through the DSA channel.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing DSA partners.

- Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the business network.

- Drive monthly sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.

- Monitor DSA productivity and maintain a healthy business pipeline.

- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing.

- Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and portfolio hygiene.





- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.

- Strong experience in the DSA channel is mandatory.

- Proven track record of achieving business targets.

- Strong DSA network and market knowledge of Jaipur.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Graduate in any discipline.
