• Business analysis, Architecture to development and deployment of Work-Flow Software with high end standards.
• Build and lead a current team of 5 to 7 Work-Flow Software Developers and a UX Designer from scratch.
• To work in Agile based software development methodologies involving short 3-4 week duration sprints.
• Should be able to perform frequent code review / walk through with developers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Should be able to understand the existing software framework acutely, based on which upcoming processes will be derived.
• Take complete control of existing software in all aspects.
• Understand the business requirements and replicate the work-flow in high level design.
• Must have excellent problem solving, trouble shooting, debugging skills, time management and Organizational skills.
• Deliver clean and structured code, supporting user experience and product quality.
• Complete documentation as per the scope; prepare guidelines and checklist for development and testing activities.
• Highlight any potential risks to the appropriate stake holders.
• Proficiency with hands on experience as a Full Stack Developer (Java background).
