Responsibilities and Duties:
• Should be able to counsel students over the phone/ face to face regarding various UG and PG courses.
• Should build a healthy relationship with the client
• Should co-ordinate with field colleagues
• Responsible for replying to emails on time and sending required material to students.
• Should be flexible with the timings
• Should have knowledge on Indian Education System
• Interacting with the students and do follow- ups on time.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Candidate should have convincing skills
• Positive Communications skills in English mandatory. Fluency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Should know basics of computers and MS Office
• Experience in the Education Industry is an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
