-Works with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and creates a recruiting strategy for each position. Implements recommended recruiting plan including use of suggested job sites, relevant events, optimizing job postings, etc.
- Pre-screens resumes, conducts phone screens and makes recommendations to hiring leader on next steps.
-Attends recruiting events to build company presence and pipelines.
-Should be a very valuable team player and self-motivated.
-Handling hard core end to end domestic recruitment activities.
-Good in sourcing, screening, validating profiles and interview follow-ups.
-Post offer follow-up in making the candidates joining the client place.
