Role purpose
Responsible for managing a program of work to drive changes to the Online Shop in the delivery of small, medium & large scale project assignments with in time and budget constraints. These projects are typically confined to a Business Unit or Segmen
Key Responsibilities, Accountability Metrics, Decision Rights
Manage the delivery of project objectives within prescribed time and budget, escalating unanticipated variations for approval
Monitor stock levels and respond with changes made in the online shop tools
Apply/remove constraints on devices based on if products are end of life
Maintain the post code and device database for Same Day Delivery regions
Monitor IT Command Centre communications and work with stakeholders to minimise the impact to the customer
Use JIRA to communicate with other stakeholders and ensure customer facing information is correct
Maintain a strict testing regime for all changes made into production
Communicate and ensure understanding of agreed project objectives to project team mem
