Drafting and vetting of legal documents.
Provide advice on different legal issue and assist in drafting legal opinion, memorandum and other briefing document
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge of Legal documents, agreements related to loans and other financial products, property laws and title investigation
Knowledge of Civil, Criminal and SARFAESI and Arbitration cases
Knowledge of recovery related laws and title investigation
