We are a quick-growing, start-up company which intends to become India's leading, premium, naturally-healthy beverage brand. looking for a talented and hands-on Food Technologist who will be responsible for our range of healthy, premium juice and juice-based beverages, from conception to production.
Sourcing raw materials (food or packaging)
Working closely with our 2 contract manufacturers
Quality control to the required standards.
Monitoring and control of production process, evaluating successes and challenges in the production process, develop process improvements.
Work in a close collaboration with other departments to support the project execution.
Continuously evolve/expand knowledge of ingredients, material for application, develop application formulations based on industrial standards, country specific requirements and client requirement
