Act as the main point of contact between the agency and client
Should be able to research clients products, services, plans competitors and target markets
Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval
Brief agency colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Long hours are common and advertising teams are expected to work flexibly to meet project deadlines
Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
Taking part in pitches for current contracts and keeping records and handling invoices
Co-ordination with all internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth flow of day-to-day jobs
Maintain daily client interactions with client and internal teams
Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
