* To develop new product on existing / recent line as per customer requirements.
* To achieve OTIF 100% as per MDS
* Knowledge of PDCA
* Knowledge of PFMEA
* Documentation as per TS 16949
* Basic programming of CNC Turning, SPM and Assy processes
* Understand drawing and special requirement of customer
* Working on first time right concept
* Basic knowledge of APQP and PPAP
* Knowledge of Tools, Fixtures and gauges
