RESPONSIBILITIES:
Step in when things are not working as planned and take charge
Resolve disputes between customers and driver partners
Identify top issues and highlight them to the city management
REQUIREMENTS:
A cool head. An ability to de-escalate situations
Solid communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu/ Kannada
Prior experience in a customer facing role will be a big plus
