Remote support , Local Break down support , Outstation Breakdown support, Preventive Maintenance of customer call
Troubleshooting of Desktop Printers, Mobile Printers, Industrial Printers. Replacement of parts. Calibration for output Quality.
Trouble shooting of Mobile Computers operational issues, network configurations, carrying the device for service center repair.
Operational training to user for Printers, Mobile computers , Scanners .
Educational requirements: 6 months Diploma in Hardware/ Networking
Experience requirements: Desired Skills: Troubleshooting of Desktop Printers, Mobile Printers, Industrial Printers. Replacement of parts.,
