About the Role
VocSkill Educational Private Limited is looking for an experienced and passionate Finance Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom training in finance and banking-related subjects. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students through practical, industry-oriented sessions and preparing them for careers in the BFSI sector.
The role requires a candidate who can conduct engaging offline classes, simplify financial concepts, and mentor students throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver offline classroom training in Finance, Banking, BFSI, and related subjects.
Teach concepts including banking operations, financial services, accounting fundamentals, investment basics, financial products, and customer relationship management.
Conduct practical and interactive training sessions using real-world case studies and industry examples.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.




Evaluate student performance through tests, activities, and practical exercises.
Mentor and guide students to improve their subject knowledge and employability skills.
Maintain attendance, training records, and academic documentation.
Collaborate with the academic and placement teams for curriculum delivery and student readiness.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the banking and financial services industry.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Comfortable conducting full time offline classroom sessions in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Finance Trainer, Faculty, Lecturer, or BFSI Prof
