About the role : We're looking for a witty, brand-savvy engagement specialist to own the positive side of our social presence. While our CS team handles queries and complaints, this role is all about building affinity ,spotting the love, joining the right conversations, and turning happy customers into a community.



The single most important skill is identifying positive customer moments and replying in a way that's witty yet professional, and on-brand every time.

Key responsibilities:
Witty positive engagement (core): identify positive comments, praise, and mentions, and reply in a witty, professional, on-brand way that customers love and that lifts brand perception.
Community building: engage superfans, reshare UGC, start conversations, and run light prompts (e.g. "show us your fit") to turn happy customers into an active community.
Moment / newsjacking: post witty, on-brand comments on trending posts, pop culture, and relevant fashion conversations to boost visibility ,the moments that get brands noticed and shared.
Voice of the happy customer: capture what customers love ,which products resonate, which messaging lands and feed those insights to Marketing, complementing the CS team's complaint-side VOC.
