We're Hiring: Program Manager, TSP / PA & Banking Engagements.

Juspay builds the technology infrastructure that powers acquiring and Payment Aggregation for banks, Payment Aggregators, and payment ecosystem players. We've run this stack for our own PA business, and now we're helping other institutions build and operate theirs.

We're looking for someone who can take a complex, multi-stakeholder technology program from requirements all the way to go-live, and be the person everyone (internally and on the partner side) turns to for clarity and direction.

What you'll own:
● End-to-end delivery of technology programs for banks, PAs, and ecosystem partners, from solution definition through integration, certification, and launch.
● Being the single point of accountability for the program, so timelines, dependencies, and deliverables never fall through the cracks
● Complex integrations spanning banks, acquirers, PAs, TSPs, and internal engineering, turning partner requirements into structured, executable plans
● Multiple concurrent programs at once, staying ahead of milestones, risks,



and critical path items instead of reacting to them
● Making sure PCI-DSS, SAR, REBIT, and Data Localisation requirements are built into implementations from day one, not fixed after the fact
● Running structured governance with partners through reviews, reporting, and escalations that actually build trust

What makes you a fit:
● 6+ years in Banking Partnerships, Acquiring, Payment Aggregation, or payment technology
● Solid, hands-on understanding of PA/acquiring operations in India (merchant onboarding, settlement, escrow, reconciliation, refunds, disputes); exposure to European markets is a solid plus
● A track record of pulling multiple internal and external teams into alignment on complex integrations
