Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR administration
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Set up and manage HR processes, policies, and operations in compliance with local statutory requirements and HR best practices
Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
Manage payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
Maintain proper employee records (onboarding, offboarding, leave, etc.) in accordance with local legislation
Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents (e.g. confirmation, resignation, and other letters)
Support international employees

What You’ll Need:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)




Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of India labour laws and statutory requirements
Experience in payroll processing and HR operations
Exposure to international HR practices and stakeholder management is an advantage
Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup/fast-paced environment
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of English and local Indian languages (both written and spoken)
Able to start within short notice is preferred
