Role Description The Donor Relations role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations through regular communication, updates, and engagement activities. Responsibilities include responding to donor inquiries, ensuring a positive donor experience, coordinating annual giving campaigns,



and supporting fundraising events and initiatives. The role also includes maintaining accurate donor records, preparing reports and presentations on donor activity, and collaborating with internal teams to align donor communication with program outcomes and impact stories.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with donors and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Annual Giving and Donor Relations skills to manage campaigns and maintain long-term donor engagement.
Candidates should possess Philanthropy-related knowledge and experience to understand donor motivations and support fundraising strategies.
