Aerobiotix is building an international healthcare technology business focused on advanced air and environmental disinfection and infection-prevention solutions.

As we expand globally, we are looking for an exceptional Head – International Business to lead our international commercial growth across North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and other strategic markets.

You will be responsible for building and executing the international commercial strategy for Aerobiotix and our affiliated European business, Air n Space, creating a strong and scalable global platform for infection-prevention technologies.

You will:
• Develop the global go-to-market strategy
• Build and expand international distributor networks
• Identify and prioritise strategic markets and countries
• Develop relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems and institutional customers
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare and technology companies
• Develop country-wise revenue plans and sales pipelines
• Establish pricing, distributor and commercial models




• Lead market-entry and commercialisation strategies
• Build and manage regional commercial teams and partners
• Work closely with regulatory and clinical teams to support market access
• Drive revenue growth across existing and recent international markets

We are looking for a high-energy international business builder, preferably with 6+ years of experience in:
- MedTech / Medical Devices
- Healthcare Technology
- Infection Prevention / Infection Control
- Hospital Equipment
- Air Purification / Environmental Technologies
- A closely related healthcare sector

You should have a proven track record of building international markets and distributor networks, rather than simply managing an established sales organisation.

Experience in North America and Europe will be particularly valuable.
