You will build the outbound engine that gets Fluid AI in front of banks, insurers and large enterprises — in India and globally — one named account at a time.

We are not looking for someone to run generic email blasts. We are looking for someone who treats go-to-market like an engineering problem: build the target account list, find the right 6 people inside each account, warm the domains, sequence the outreach, instrument what happens, and fix what breaks. If you like systems, data and figuring things out without being told how, you will enjoy this.
You will report directly into leadership and see the impact of your work in the pipeline within weeks.
Build the account universe
Define and maintain the ICP and target account lists for India and global markets (BFSI first — banks, NBFCs, insurers, capital markets — plus large enterprise).
Research accounts properly: what they've announced, who owns AI/digital, what they're already spending on, which of our use cases fits.
Map buying committees — CXO, Head of Digital, Head of Innovation, CTO, CISO,



procurement — and keep the data clean.
Set up and run the outbound stack
Own Apollo end to end: lists, enrichment, sequences, deliverability, reporting.
Set up cold email infrastructure from scratch — sending domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, mailbox warming, ramp schedules, inbox rotation, bounce and spam monitoring.
Run LinkedIn as a channel: Sales Navigator searches, saved lead lists, connection and InMail sequences, and social touches that support the email plays.
Build the multi-touch ABM plays — email + LinkedIn + content + events — for tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 accounts, with different intensity for each tier

Write the messaging
Write and test outbound copy that a bank CXO would actually reply to. Account-specific, not templated fluff.
Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, openers, offers and CTAs, and keep a record of what worked.
Instrument and report
Track everything: deliverability, open, reply, positive reply, mee
