Role Description The Sales Associate role at Bridgeline Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Associate will engage with walk-in and referred customers, present product offerings, explain features and perks, and guide clients through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting follow-ups, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting visual merchandising and showroom presentation.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing, inventory checks, and after-sales support, while consistently delivering a professional and welcoming customer experience. The Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, contribute to promotional activities, and represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in customer-facing sales roles, including relationship building, needs assessment, and closing sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present premium products clearly and confidently to diverse clients.
Basic understanding of retail operations, including inventory handling, billing, documentation, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Interest or experience in luxury products, interior design, fragrances, or premium exports is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site full time in Bengal
